Terms and Conditions – LS2 Game Pakistan Rules

1 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the ls2 game platform you must meet the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LS2 Game does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ls2 game or any affiliated company.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You accept that ls2 game may request identity verification documents — such as a CNIC copy — at the time of registration or at any later point. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

2 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ls2game.pro. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ls2 game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or pending withdrawals.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. LS2 Game will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account while the matter is resolved.

• Accounts showing no activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. A small monthly maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts after appropriate notice.
• Self-exclusion and cooling-off requests are processed promptly. Once activated, these measures cannot be reversed until the agreed period has expired.
• Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any genuine balance remaining will be paid out to the verified payment method on record after standard identity checks.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

LS2 Game processes all transactions in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• LS2 Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, ls2 game may request identity verification and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard security measure and is not negotiable.
• Any bonus funds that have not completed their associated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
• LS2 Game reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests. This may delay processing in some cases, but we aim to resolve checks promptly.
• In cases where fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is suspected, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

LS2 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins as specified in the individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value).
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the promotion details for the exact contribution breakdown.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on ls2 game — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and sports betting markets — are governed by the following rules:

• Results generated by RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified random. LS2 Game does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error or software fault — the round may be declared void and any stake refunded. Winnings generated during a verifiable malfunction will not be paid out.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the case of PSL and international cricket, the Board of Control for Cricket in Pakistan (BCCI), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or ICC result takes precedence.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within each game or market view.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players — including the sharing of in-game information in real time for the purpose of gaining an advantage — is prohibited across all game types, particularly live casino and poker-style games.
• LS2 Game reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where obvious pricing errors occurred, provided the error is identified and corrected within a reasonable time.

6 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Termination

LS2 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — under the following circumstances:

• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards support staff or other players.
• Any other activity that ls2 game determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its players or its integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, ls2 game reserves the right to withhold any balance, pending withdrawals and bonus winnings. Where closure is due to reasons outside the player's control — such as a platform-side error — any genuine balance will be returned in full.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Remaining genuine balances will be processed to the verified payment method on record.

9 Limitation of Liability

LS2 Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as PSL match days — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• LS2 Game is not liable for any loss of winnings, missed bets or missed bonus opportunities arising from service interruptions, network downtime or device-side issues beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand applicable game or bonus rules before participating.
• LS2 Game's total liability to any individual player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Changes to These Terms

LS2 Game may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was published. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a change, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect. Any genuine balance will be returned to you as described in Section 8.
